ELLESMERE PORT RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY 

A new sustainable and popular community has been created at Rossfield Park with over 1,000 new homes being delivered by Northstone; Persimmon; Wainhomes; Countryside Properties; and Anwyl Homes. The scheme had a transformational effect, being close to Ellesmere Port Town Centre and improving local landscaped areas and green spaces.
